3 . Washed and cleaned

4 . No broken bones (2% )

5. White Skin ( yellow outer skin off feet processed )

6. The moisture content of less than 2 %

7. No odors

8. No Ammonia burn

9. Black spots of less than 1 %

10. No excessive blood ( chicken feet processed)

11. Blast freezing to 40C

12. Packed in 10kg/20kg carton or according to customer requirements .

13. Transportation in temperature controlled vehicles
