2. Contract will be for 1 year extendable to 5 years after mutual
understanding by seller and buyer

3. Payment terms will be as below
- MT799 will be provided as a POF swift for a total fund of 12 shipments
value. Buyer will mention in the MT799 that this amount will be dedicated
to the particular seller for fulfilling this contracts monthly payment
through MT700
- Payment shall be by MT700 and for the same buyer shall block the 12
shipments amount of contract for a validity of 13 months Auto revolving
each month to the value of each shipment till the contract is done
Confirmed, Irrevocable, non transferable.
- Payment shall be 80% at the loading port and 20% at the destination port
after inspections.
- Seller need to issue 2% PB and should be valid till the contract ends.

4. No Trans shipment or Partial shipments are allowed

5. The registration documents of the seller shall be legalised by any
Government authority or Legal firm (Requirement of Iran government) any in
Brazil or Argentine.
6. All documents for each shipment shall be attested by the Iran Embassy in
Argentina or Brazil (Requirement of Iran government)
