Dear Sir,
One good friend of me wand to import , Frozen chicken Paws
The company must be register and obtain an approval number from CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration ).
The following are the basic requirements...
* Chicken paws 35 grams / 7CM+ up per piece
* 100% Halal processed for human consumption (not a must)
* Washed and well cleaned
* No Bruises
* No burns / hair /chemical burns/Drainage 1oC - 5oC for 8 hours
* Shelf Life: 24 months per international standard
* Drained from excess water without any feathers
* Cooled down and frozen fresh
* Broken bones less than 2%
* No bad smell
* No black pad
* No yellow skin
* Pure white color
* Moisture content is less than 3% on paws or any kind
* All feathers off
* Freezing process IQF - Individual quick frozen
* Ice content less than 3%
* No excessive blood or blood stain
* Blasted at -40 degrees
* Storage at -18 degrees
All export must have health inspection (such as SGS) and certificate of origin.
In term of packaging, it is usually 10 Kilogram carton contain 2 poly bags x 5.0 Kg per bag
If seller has different packaging, please indicate. We believe buyer won't mind.
As mentioned, the recent price is approx. USD 2,000/ton and each container can carry somewhere between 20 to 24 ton.
It depends how big is the paws.
The buyer is looking for huge volume and if possible would like to purchase chicken wings, tights...etc.
